Introduction

This study involves judging either the attractivess or dominance of 15 men.

When people make judgements about others in everyday life they are usually exposed to both the voice and face of the person at the same time although most research examining the judgements people make about others has tended to focus on just one element in isolation. The purpose of this experiment is to examine the relative importance of the voice and the face on judgements of dominance and attractiveness.

This study is being conducted by Sarah Evans as part of a wider research programme being conducted at Northumbria University. Sarah Evans can be contacted via the following email address: s.evans@unn.ac.uk.
